Meet Dr. Trish

I’ve spent over two decades in education leadership and sports medicine. Throughout my career—whether teaching youth, mentoring adult learners, or helping patients rehabilitate physical pain—my core passion has always been the same: helping people live healthier, more empowered lives.

My background in sports medicine taught me precision, human mechanics, and how to guide people through managing and overcoming physical pain. Earning my Ph.D. in Educational Leadership took those principles further—sharpening my ability to build structured systems, lead teams with discipline, and execute complex goals from start to finish.

Parallel to my career in education, I have spent 20 years as an active real estate investor and hands-on project operator. I didn't learn real estate from behind a desk reading theory—I got directly into the field. Over two decades, I’ve underwritten high-value deals, evaluated mechanicals, managed major structural overhauls, ran job sites, and held contractors accountable. I know what materials cost, how long trades take, and where property owners get taken advantage of.

Living through this caretaking journey opened my eyes to a major problem in real estate and home maintenance: so many elders and women get overcharged, misled, or taken advantage of when trying to renovate, repair, or maintain their properties. Too often, contractors hand over inflated estimates, deliver substandard work, or vanish mid-job.
